It was the best vacation ever .
It was the best vacation ever .We enjoyed every thing.The food was very good, the animation team were good, the kids club team were friendly and very active with my daughter, the pool was very good, the beach was average, cleaning was very good , All the staff were friendly and and very polite. We also enjoyed the one day access to makadi water world because we reserved 4 night at oasis club and we enjoyed all the sliders there. We were happy me and my family and we will plan to try it again next year

pool par snacks it`s good kids club it`s perfect
cleaning,organization of the beach not good and far from the hotel spacing in side the room unused properly, which there is no dresser space no enough Arabic channels at TV no shower gel at bathroom no enough ramps for baby stroller movement

Beach is so far , no towels available at the beach you should get your towels from the pool walking to the beach . Also I found leprosy in the room and some other ???? ????

pefect hotel except animation team
one of the best hotel i came across through my travels to hurghada super clean staff is brilliant specially room service staff room (special thanks to mr saber i think this is his name ) and restaurant staff food is brilliant and so much beach is perfect snacks is perfect specially soft drinks
the animation team is so lazy and does not entertain our children and does not promote any activities during the day i rarely see them one of the worst thing in the hotel also i reserved in clup family queen room and sadly the room have a shortcoming in some standards in even 3 star hotels like shampoo and shower gel and lotion tubes we request it and it delivered super quick but it is not there from the beginning also the room have no place under tables to put our small staff only cupbored which is not suitable for that
